Fernando Bale was and is great as well but with Brett Lee all I can say is that people have short memories
His greatness has influence right around the world
His Adelaide Cup win in a record-breaking 28.88 was one of the most superb wins I have ever seen and was unbroken right until 2021 when the new track was laid down. Fernando couldn't break that record either.
It's right up there with Brother Fox running 25.82 at Harold Park in the Vic Peters I think it was. Another record that remained unbroken until HP was closed down
All 3, the greatest dogs I have had the pleasure to witness racing
