Usually when 3 of the 5 dogs on the lure fight for no reason suddenly, its as a result of the lure being pulled away from them too quickly before the line.

They shld have a steward watching the lure ensuring it is a satisfactory distance away from the runners at all times, i.e. not too far away from the runners until the dogs are past the line - well that's what they used to do.

you are spot on ryan the lure did get to far in front of the dogs,i own evil entry and plead guilty because you wont win either way.i had a dog done for failing to chase once plead not guilty ,took it to appeal where the tribuneral agreed with everthing i said but stated they still have to go with the steward.so why appeal if you are only a hobby trainer, only the pros seem to get of either on the day or by appeal.
