It was a brave win, not as brilliant as she can be, but gutsy. Having now watched the replay, I'm happy to be proven wrong but I'm not sure she has come back as well as her first preparation.

Sometimes bitches take a while to regain their best form after having a long seasonal condition & this bitch is no exception from the many that have come before her. But last weeks effort at W.P in a 29.30s romp indicates that she is really starting to hit her straps again. Stepped beautifully like we know she can & reeled off some very impressive sections including her run home section to brain Gatlin who we know is a very fast greyhound on his night. So I think this bitch might be nearly ready to hit the heights once again this preparation all going smoothly.

I'll also say there is a lot of "talk" about great greyhounds & sometimes we expect to much to quick from them after they have had a while away from the track for different reasons after all they are only dogs & dogs are just animals NOT machines as many seem to think they are. We don't know what goes on behind the scenes in the various kennels so its hard to predict what will happen on the track until their form starts to show it & now her form is starting to resemble her old previous pre-seasonal form. I hope she really put its all together now to show some other high profile bitches that's she's not done with just yet.

The Lord's have done a fantastic job keeping this girl going and racing as well as ever. What a bitch and what a training effort.

It's going to be difficult to find a sire that is better than she herself is. I'm with you the GOAT is the go.
I reckon Steve Withers might be able to fit her into Tommy Shelby. I'm a breeding numpty, but he does look great over her. I'd be interested to see what Darren says, he's had a good run selecting sires recently. I bet he doesn't suggest one of his mysterious "Outside the Box" sires.

If the pedigree suited Paul, Id have no problem mentioning any sire to anyone. As, its the breeders decision to take my advice or not. Whether commercial or non-commercial.
I always remember Tenthill Doll producing Springtime Magic, in between a couple of lean litters to top sires, before Ray Watson of Mint fame picked her up and bred her to non-commercial sire Super Mint at 9yo and got a pretty decent Group winning / class litter.
Ill mention what I came up with later. Hopefully, people offer up some suggestions.

I feel like a bit of a tool offering sire suggestions for She's A Pearl, but outside of Fernando Bale, Bernardo, Aussie Infrared, Tommy Shelby, Kinloch Brae, KC And All etc. (popular sires) I like the look of Sennachie or Zinzan Brooke

I dont know why you would feel like a tool Matt just remember pearl might be a great race bitch but when she retires she goes back to maiden class as a brood
