Activists have kicked a large hole, on the side, down the end of the Ballarat Slipping Track, which can't be seen from the end where you let the dogs go.

One of our bitches got out and ran up and down along the main road but luckily she didn't go onto the road itself and was easy to catch.

The hole is large enough for the dogs but not for humans and the idiots painted 'BAN' next to it on the outside fence

As dangerous as that was and thankfully no harm done. They just do everyone a favour with their unhinged behaviour. Theyre losing the war - look at the massive decline of the AJP in the Victorian upper house! Lost a seat as well!

Idve thought that a club as security concious as ballarat would have ctv coverage, goodness knowz they have it every where else on the premises. Surely it cant be assumed that ballarat is imuned to vandalism of any kind

The silly pricks are so concerned about greyhound welfare but they leave a hole big enough for a dog to escape and get hit by a car on the road

If thats the level of intelligence of the people we have to reduce ourselves to, then I think we will definitely win out

Vandals/Activists (take your pick) have struck again at Ballarat smashing up 5 panels on the slipping track, which again you can't see from the entry end of the track, resulting in a trainers two dogs escaping and running onto the soccer fields next to the main roads.

I see the spelling hasnt improved either. The sign says BAM not BAN. There is an annual fee for use of the facility - paid to the club. Its likely to be management responsibility to rectify and prevent these occurrences..
