We took our first greyhound 1987 and the first Run-Up litter (Feel The Cold-Can Can) was born 1992.
We've always been fancy of aussie blood (but we have some irish too) and we have even bred a litter in Australia.
In our first litter there were only one bitch, Bunny Hug. She was a good race bitch (OAKS,Derby finalist) and with
her we bred 2 litters, the first with irish import, which we bought from Sweden, Newtown Super and the second with
half american dog, Bob Whizzer.
The Other Taylor we imported from Ireland as a 9 weeks old pup. She did over 50 races and she was the 2nd fastest
bitch in Finland 2000, although she was mainly bought for breeding purposes. She has had 2 litters. First to our own champion, Icetrick and second with Fire Whiz.
We have imported many dogs from Australia and nowadays we have some very well bred and performed bitches at home.
Joyful Hawk is the brightest star of our kennel. She was a top racing bitch in Australia reaching the finals like
the Laurels (group-1) at Sandown Park and Ladies Bracelet (group-2) at Wentworth Park. She had her first litter in
Australia to Carlisle Jack and the second litter was here in Finland with Icetrick.
Our part owned bitch in Australia, Trio's Lass has her second litter at the moment. The sire is Lilli Pilli Lad and the first litter was sired by Cyrus The Virus.
We have also imported some good stud dogs, Top Role, Fire Whiz and Beyond The Stars.
The latest import will be Hasty Henry (Henry Hand-Riviera Dancer). He will arrive this spring and being just 4 years old and still very sound, he will also race here in Finland. He has been a very smart racing dog in Australia. He has won at every Victorian track except Sale. He is a multiple city winner and he has won also at Dubbo,Coonamble,Richmond and Wentworth Park in NSW. He has 77 starts, 28-16-9 and there is 3 citywinners in his litter and 7 from 8 has won races. We owned his sister Dancing Sarah, who was finalist in Group-1 National Futurity 2003 at Wentworth Park (she won her semifinal) and semifinalist in Group-1 Australian Cup. She sadly died to twisted bowel just before we had decided to take her home to Finland.
We are established near Helsinki and we have quite professional facilities even this is just a hobby and way of living for us, at least at the moment.
Our aim is breed as good as possible racing greyhounds to track and to pets, because in Finland they are both.
