CLICK HERE My favourite little bitch Daintree Puzzle was implanted today at Sandown.
Fingers crossed i get one as good as he was!
The first 2 from this litter started racing tonight coming 1st and 3rd in the same maiden race at Sale. 5 more to come with 2 of them showing plenty. Im so happy with the pups weve got have just done a repeat mating.
One of those pups showing plenty - Persian Goddess just made the Group 1 Sapphire! I knew they might be city class but never thought Id get to a group 1 final. Just hope her brother Ever Lovin Man can get back to the track after a couple of injury set backs as hes 4 lengths faster.

He's getting winners over a range of distances now as they are getting older and oldest approaching 3 years old
One thing I notice a good percentage of them have is quick acceleration in the early stages

Maybe his second crop will prove me wrong, but I've been underwhelmed by his performance after coming out firing.

I'm a big fan of his. My personal experience with his pups is they're sensible, good size and can gallop

Each to their own.
I'm not a big fan of his. My personal experience with his his pups is they're spooky, small and legless.

I'm not sure if these prices are correct or current, but if ADB is $4400 and FB is $7700 it's an absolute no brainer which is the far better option.

ADB going far better at stud then many thought he would. ADB grand sire GWT was labeled a bread butter sire. GWT threw Barcia and preserved the last Temlee sire strain from litter of the century Walkabout Sid ADB third generation 4 sires Head Honcho Hallucinate Black Shiraz Elite State are all different Temlee Sire Strains. Hopefully other sons of Barcia Will be just as successful ADB blood worth bottling Breeders will appreciate ADB bloodline when they enter the USA outcross highway. ( Freeway)

You are 100% right Graham
Its funny how some sires get this bread and butter label but produce hundreds of winners, mainly its because most of them chase hard and get to the track
Especially about GWT
Collision was also branded a Bread and Butter sire early in the day
We may be bottling Feral Franky/Good Odds Harada blood into the future as the last bastion of Collision blood
High Earner has that mantle right now

Thanks Sandro Good to know Im on the same train as yourself
Mr Dicks The term Bread and Butter sire often gets misused My understanding its a sire that throws good percentage of winners but produced no group winners or record breakers. Might make a good topic

Bombastic Shiraz first crop consisted of handy dour types Sky Hazzard, Red Legendthe fast but very wayward Holly Hock and Flashing floods who was fast, but no world beater the first 12 months for 19 starts 7 wins started $14, $18, $18 etc. she made her name as a stayer. Big Wave Dave in NSW. They were the best of his first crop! Look how he finished up
All sires need to be given the time for their stock to develop. You want to see fast pups and them starting to make feature race finals. That suggests they have plenty to offer. Which is what ADB is doing. Has his G1 winners already
I suspect Orson Allen will be the next one to be challenged in the same way.

Total prize money for the year according to "TheGreyhoundRecorder" divided by toal runs. ADB going toe to toe with Fernando Bale.
Aston Dee Bee = $592.69 per run
Fernando Bale = $589.82 per run
Each sire might have left a bad taste in someones mouth due to personal experience but theres no denying they are going from strength to strength.
